Having grown up in Seattle, loving the city, and continuing to surprised by its beauty and unique culture as he travels the neighborhoods, makes Steve Laevastu’s over twenty five years of real estate success a joy.
Early on, Steve knew that a professional education would give him an edge in the real estate field. After attending Seattle public schools, Steve graduated from the University of Washington’s School of Business Administration with a concentration in marketing and information systems. He then followed this up with training in real estate and obtained his license in 1987 and has worked with Seattle’s premier realty company, Windermere, since 1989.
Steve consistently ranks among the top 1% of realtors on a production basis. This means he gets results. Steve has been featured as a real estate agent in local Seattle newspapers and television stations when they’ve looked for information on the local market. Seattle Magazine has awarded Steve “Best in Client Satisfaction” every year since 2004, when they first conferred the award.
Steve lives in, enjoys, and invests in the Seattle community in a personal way. He has been married to Denise since 1992. They coach their teenage son’s basketball team, have adopted multiple dogs through the Humane Society and the Purebred Dog Rescue Society, and for over ten years offered a rental at below-market value to the Traditional Resources group. Denise volunteers at both Children’s Hospital and Childhaven. The family enjoys geocaching, having found over 9000 caches to date, and helps coordinate local geocaching events. Steve gives back to the community he serves.
Steve uses his business background and past successes to help clients navigate the buying, selling and investing process. He has participated in a range of real estate transactions, including luxury residential properties, condos, commercial properties, new construction site sales, and rental properties in King County.
